  • HOW DO I TRANSFER MY PENDING APPOINTMENT TO A DIFFERENT OUTLET?

    You can transfer your pending appointment to a different outlet by calling your preferred outlet, to book a new appointment.

    Let our staff know that you have a pending appointment in another outlet and they will arrange to cancel that appointment and book a new appointment for the outlet you call.

  • CAN I CANCEL MY APPOINTMENT?

    We understand that you may have to cancel your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances. That’s why we maintain that you can call the outlet at which you have a prior appointment with and cancel at anytime.

  • WHAT NUMBER DO I CALL IF I WANT TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT?

    You can call any one of our outlets to book an appointment:

    You can either call your preferred outlet to book your first appointment or email us at info@onlyaesthetics.sg and we will be in touch with you shortly.

  • WHAT ARE YOUR OPERATING HOURS?

    Monday – Friday       10.30am – 8.30pm
    Saturday                  10.30am – 6.30pm

    We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
